Every Certyco evaluation is signed by a verified Industry Expert, a senior practitioner who still does the job. The register is the panel, and the standard behind it. When a Professional's goal matches your role, platform and industry, Certyco invites you to mentor through Mentor Match.
The register.
Our founding panel, names withheld. Active across Canada, the United States, India, Portugal and the United Kingdom, and widening across fields as the panel grows. Each expert is matched to a Professional by role, domain and platform, so the person across the table has done the work being assessed.
What every entry meets.
- Senior practitioner. Deep, current field experience, typically twelve years and more, from people who still do the job.
- Independent. No recruiter incentive, no employer bias. The only job is an honest read.
- Holds the 4D framework. Scores every Professional the same way, across Technical, Domain, Platform and Behavioral, with written reasoning.
- On the record. Every evaluation is signed and recorded. The read stands on its own.

- Ninety minutes one on one, then thirty minutes writing it up, skill by skill.
- Paid per completed evaluation, after quality review, whatever you score.
- Your availability, your pace. Accept what fits. Once accepted, you follow through.
Mentor
Mentor Match, by invitation when a goal matches your fit.
- Sessions of about an hour, one on one on Zoom, at times you agree with the Professional.
- Paid per session. Session notes and a written plan follow each one.
- Kept separate. You never evaluate a Professional you mentor.
